Our booking and installation process is designed to be hassle-free for you:

 

 

Step 1

Budgetary Quote

With a short phone call or visit to our showroom, we are happy to provide you with a free budgetary quote. Using a satellite and property images, we create an electronic sketch, a clear price, and a clear contract for you to consider.


Step 2

Booking

If the budgetary quote feels right to you, we do a short site visit and work out the details of an installation contract which we send you using DocuSign. (Sharing with neighbors? No problem. Our contracts make that easy.) Your electronic signature secures your place in our schedule.


Step 3

Readiness Check

Around four weeks from the time we’re going to start installation, we check with you to confirm readiness. At this point, we reconfirm your contract details and we collect an initial 50% deposit. Then, we order materials for your installation.


Step 4

Installation

While your materials are on order, we request and receive utility locates for your property. After confirming that you have marked your property lines, we install your fence posts. Then, we collect an additional 30% and start your final assembly work.


Step 5

Completion

When the fence is installed, we review and confirm your satisfaction with the work we’ve done. If there are any concerns, we resolve them promptly. Then, with your approval and signoff, we collect the remaining balance of your contract.

We know you’re busy. We are committed to minimizing disruption for you. Our goal is to complete steps 3, 4, and 5 in 8 weeks or less.
